Approximately 12” wide x 10” tall x 12″ deep. Material: 304 SS with bead blast finish on interior and exterior chamber surfaces. Rated for 10^-6 Torr with an appropriate vacuum pump. Chamber includes a hinged door with a swing bolt clamp with a flange and o-ring groove design.

Ports to Include:
– 2X NW25 FLANGE PORT WITH BLANK AND SEAL RING.
– 2X CF2.75 FLANGE PORT WITH BLANK AND SEAL RING.
– 1X ISO BOROSILCATE VIEW PORT.
– 8X VCR STYLE PORTS WITH PLUGS AND SEAL RING.
