Ultra High Vacuum Deposition Chamber

Redline Chambers manufactured a custom (8.5 ft. x 4 ft.) ultra-high vacuum chamber for a customer’s thin film coating deposition process. The vacuum chamber was made from 304 stainless steel with an electropolished finish to meet the UHV level requirement. It also features water cooling channels in the chamber walls and a heated platen on the bottom.
