"We own a thermal vacuum chamber that was manufactured by another company. After replacing the temperature controller and performing work on the wiring for the probes, we were having difficulty achieving the vacuum levels required to meet our customer's specifications.
The original manufacturer was unresponsive to our calls and emails, so I contacted Redline Chambers to see if they could help. Within a few hours, I received a call from Orion Coronado, Director of Service. After reviewing the information I provided, Orion suggested the issue was most likely related to the feedthrough we were installing and provided detailed installation instructions.
Although we believed the feedthrough had been installed correctly, Orion's guidance convinced us to source a prefabricated replacement. Once installed, the issue was resolved, and our chamber returned to full operation at the required vacuum and temperature levels.
During the process, Orion proactively followed up to check on our progress and requested an update once the replacement component was installed. His willingness to assist remotely, along with his honesty in recommending a solution rather than pushing for an on-site service call, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity.
We greatly appreciate the support provided by Redline Chambers and would absolutely recommend them for any vacuum chamber service or support needs."
