Our 25,000-square-foot facility is built for efficiency and scale. With 10-ton overhead cranes spanning 50′ and a 25′ max hook height, we can handle heavy-duty projects with ease. Our modular weld bays can be configured to suit any project, while our 20′ x 20′ media blast bay ensures a clean finish every time.

Welding Services

Our welding capabilities are robust and versatile, accommodating a wide range of materials and thicknesses:

  • TIG Welding (Miller Dynasty 400): Perfect for providing clean, precise welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 5/8″ thick, providing clean, precise welds.
  • MIG Welding (Miller Millermatic 355 Aluma-Pro): Designed to handle welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 1/2″ thick, for strong and reliable results.
  • Multi-Process Welding (Miller PipeWorx 400): Provides multi-process MIG and TIG welding for steel, stainless steel, and specialty metals up to 1/2″ thick, giving us the flexibility to handle diverse projects.

 

Laser Cutting Services

Our 2K Amada Lasmac LC2415 Alpha 2 laser offers precise cutting and features a generous cutting area of 99″ x 61″. It can cut steel plates up to 1/2″ thick and stainless steel plates up to 3/8″ thick.

 
 
 

CNC Machining Services

We offer advanced CNC machining services to meet your project’s exact specifications:

  • HAAS VF9 Vertical Machining Center: With an expansive 84″ x 40″ x 30″ work envelope and a 7,500 rpm spindle speed, this machine is ideal for large, complex components.
  • Fadal 4020HT Vertical Machining Center: For projects requiring a smaller work area and high precision, this machine offers a 40″ x 20″ x 20″ work envelope and a 10,000 rpm spindle speed for excellent finishes and tight tolerances.

Your projects are assembled with care in our Class 100 compliant white room, a clean environment ideal for sensitive components. We also offer specialized services to ensure the quality and integrity of your products, including helium leak detection and vacuum testing.
